Džineta Innusa appointed chair of “Rīgas satiksme” Board
Today, January 2, the Council of “Rīgas satiksme” met with members of the company’s new Board including Džineta Innusa, Elīna Epalte-Drulle, Inga Krūkle, Emīls Jakrins and Jānis Golubevs. At the Council meeting, Džineta Innusa was appointed chair of “Rīgas satiksme” Board.
We remind that on December 30, 2019, the Council of “Rīgas satiksme” appointed the company’s new Board. When organizing the contest and selecting members of the new Board, the Board selection commission used the following key criteria: to ensure the continuity of the company’s operation, quality and risk management. In the process of selecting and interviewing potential members of the new Board, the commission evaluated the professional abilities of the Board as a whole, based upon the criteria of professionalism, experience and competence,” said Rolands Klincis, chairman of “Rīgas satiksme” Council.
